HOW TO APPLY

1. The participants can register from July 27th , 2018 to September 14th , 2018

2. The participants must fill the registration form (on below)

3. Registration fee :

Rp550.000,00/ team  (Debate Registration)

Rp100.000,00/ participant  (Adjudicator Accreditation Registration)

*the registration fee include : Gala Dinner, Snack, Lunch, Certificate, Transportation during the event.

*the registration fee exclude the accommodation and lodging

4. Participants is obliged to scan and send the transfer receipt to pdc.iesc@fe.unpad.ac.id with subject “Transfer Receipt_Team Name” maximum 7 days after registration.

        5. Participants will be confirm by the committee after fill the registration form soon.

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND

To cancel a registration, teams must complete the Competition Cancellation Form 

1. Cancellations submitted on or before July 7, 2018 will receive 100% refund

2. Up to 12 weeks before the event starts: 30% of the registration fee plus any bank transfer fee incurred by Padjadjaran Debate Championship 2018 or cancellations submitted between July 8 and August 5, 2018 will receive 70% refund.

3. Up to 8 weeks before the event starts: 70% of the registration fee plus any bank transfer fee incurred by Padjadjaran Debate Championship 2018 or cancellations submitted between August 6 and August 31, 2018 will receive 30% refund.

4. Less than 4 weeks before the event starts: 100% of the registration fee or all cancellations submitted on or after September 1, 2018 will not receive a refund.

5. Non-arrivals are liable for 100% of the registration fee.
